Radmila Maravić

Radmila Maravic is an experienced legal professional specialising in Corporate, M&A and Commercial Law, with a focus on Banking and Finance matters. Her expertise lies in guiding clients through complex regulatory environments within industries such as banking, tobacco, pharmaceuticals, and energy. She offers strategic counsel on company formation, status changes, share acquisitions, as well as navigating liquidation and bankruptcy proceedings.
Prior to her role at Four Legal, Radmila gained experience as an associate at a renowned law firm in Serbia, and held positions within the Unit for Development of Banking Sector Regulation at the National Bank of Serbia, as well as within the Finance & Contracting Sector at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights in Vienna. Throughout her career, Radmila has actively participated in seminars and workshops organized by esteemed institutions such as the European Union Intellectual Property Office, the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority, University of Pittsburgh Center for International Legal Education, the Council of Europe and the Institute for Austrian International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business.
Radmila earned her LL.B. from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law and is proficient in English, with a solid command of German language.
