Milovan specialized in advising domestic and international clients in M&A mandates and other forms of business transfers, with extensive experience in transitions within family owned businesses. Milovan also handles other complex corporate and commercial, as well as employment law matters across a wide range of industries. Within the last ten years, he has been a key adviser in numerous high-profile transactions including the acquisitions in the Serbian pharmaceuticals, medical and automotive sector.

Milovan completed official training for mediators.

He holds an L.L.B. from the Law Faculty, University of Belgrade, and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
