Maksim is an all-round commercial lawyer and advises numerous domestic and international clients on general corporate, commercial law matters and real estate matters, while particularly specializing in corporate mandates containing regulatory and administrative law elements. He is well versed in representing clients before Serbian state authorities and is able to guide our clients through complex regulatory requirements with ease and simplicity in providing solutions.

 In recent years Maksim has also advised several blue chip clients in legal matters pertaining to both traditional energy sources and investment opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

He holds an L.L.B. and an LL.M. from the Law Faculty, University of Belgrade and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
