Danka is a legal professional with experience in Employment Law and Immigration Law, gained while practicing at a top-tier law firm. She has been part of legal teams on notable international and local projects, as well as involved in various court proceedings. Danka has been recognized twice as a Rising Star in Employment Law by The Legal 500 EMEA, an independent guide that recommends firms and individuals based on merit, with a strong emphasis on client feedback. She has lectured at several webinars organized by a media company offering high-level education. Additionally, she co-led a three- day workshop titled Employment Specialist alongside Biserka Živanović, a judge of the Supreme Court, who retired in November 2022. Danka is also a contributor to several sections of the White Book of the Foreign Investors Council (FIC), a document that supports economic growth and the improvement of living standards in Serbia.

She holds an LL.B. from the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
